  • Wrap the strap from the inside of your foot to the underside of your foot
  • Bring the strap diagonally across the top of your foot
  • Wrap the strap around your ankle, above your heel
  • Bring strap diagonally toward the front of your foot, over the top
  • Wrap the thin part of the strap under your foot to the outside
  • Then diagonally across the top of your foot
