FREE Standard Shipping on Orders over $59.99
For all other orders, SportsBraces.com calculates your shipping at the time of checkout. Shipping is based on the warehouse location that your item is being shipped from to your shipping address. SportsBraces.com makes it our mission to offer you the lowest discounted shipping rates.
We request a physical address. SportsBraces.com cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please notify us if your physical address does not get package delivery. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. Call us toll free at (855) 414-1313 if you have any questions concerning shipping.
Exchange shipping costs are determined during the checkout process. A shipping label for your return item will be emailed to you once you process your return through our “Easy Returns and Exchanges” link in the footer of the website. The cost of the return shipping charges will be credited from your return refund.
Special Domestic Shipping Services
Your order must be placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday to be shipped out that day. If your order is placed after 12pm EST, it will go out the following business day. If the item ships on Friday next day will be on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Holidays and weekends may impact the time of your delivery. Call if you have any questions or would like to request special Saturday delivery.
Hawaii, VI, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Shipping
Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
APO, FPO and DPO addresses- no rush or overnight delivery unless you call and speak with customer service.
HOW SHIPPING PRICES ARE DETERMINED
Shipping prices are determined by the quantity of items being ordered and the carrier-calculated cost from SportsBraces.com to your final shipping destination.
If you purchase an item(s) that is large, bulky or is shipped from multiple locations due to numerous items ordered, you may incur an additional shipping fee due to the overall size, qty and/or weight of the order. These additional shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at the time you place your order during checkout.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Shipping time begins when the item leaves the warehouse and ends when it arrives at your door. SportsBraces cannot control acts of god such as weather and are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather.

Orders for in-stock items Monday-Friday before 12PM EST will ship the same day to arrive in 5-7 business days. (1 Business Day for Processing)
3 Day Delivery
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will ship the same day to arrive in 3 business days. Orders taken after 12pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the following Business Day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
2 Day Delivery
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will ship the same day to arrive in 2 business days. Orders taken after 12pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the following Business Day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We make every effort to ship to the correct shipping address. In order to accurately ship your order, we ask customers to provide accurate shipping information. We are often able to correct invalid addresses during the shipping process, but we cannot guarantee this.
The customer is required and responsible to provide an accurate and valid shipping address. Any errors, omissions, or misspellings in the address should be avoided or it may cause your order to be returned.
Orders that are returned to us due to an invalid address provided by the customer will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped. If you have any questions, you may contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 855-414-1313.
SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS
During the order process, customers may add comments to their orders. We cannot guarantee that comments for a special delivery request or requirement will be fulfilled by the carrier.
We reserve the right to use any of the three primary carriers to deliver orders to our customers: USPS, FedEx and UPS.
If your shipping address does not receive delivery service from any of these carriers, you may add a comment to your order informing us which carrier(s) does not serve your area. If you have any questions you may contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 855-414-1313.
ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY
SportsBraces may ship items separately in an order to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. The customer will not incur any additional charge unless otherwise notified in advance.
DIFFERENT SHIPPING AND BILLING
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, simply call the toll-free number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the alternate address to your credit card account. Listing the address with your credit card company should only take a few minutes. We recommend adding the address before placing your order. This helps us process your order more quickly.
Shipping to Your Workplace
We recommend using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are many benefits:
- Convenience: you won't need to be at home to accept a delivery
- Privacy: helps keep gifts a secret
- Security: packages won't be left unattended
- Safety: packages won't be left out where they can be damaged by bad weather or outdoor pets
- Time savings: receive packages directly and personally
- Positive environmental impact: carriers deliver to your office anyway, so this saves them from driving to your home
- Important Note: Please check your office policy to see if personal deliveries are permitted, then consider shipping your next order to your workplace address.
