SportsBraces.com Return Policy
- Our customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their item.
- Customers are responsible for shipping but we provide a printable return label.
- Refunds will be issued within one week after your return is accepted and inspected by our manufacturer or our warehouse. It can take 3-4 weeks at some manufacturer's warehouses to be inspected and for them to issue a refund.
Some Products are Non-Returnable
- Cold Therapy Units and Parts (Pads, hoses, etc.)
- Compression Shorts
- Comfort Wipe
- Custom/Semi-Custom-Made Products
- "Any" Item that touches the groin area
- "Any" Item that is not in new condition or missing instruction manuals
- "Any" Clearance items
- To verify if your item returnable, just search our website for the item. If it is non-returnable, we clearly state it on the product description.
Some Common Customer Return Mistakes
- Confirm you’re returning item to where we have instructed you- either to the manufacturer or our warehouse
- Ship all items back in their original packaging
- Make sure not to place shipping labels on product boxes, just shipping boxes
- Make sure item is in new condition and that you have just tried it on or you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Refrain from refusing a package as we may not be notified
- If your item is returned used or damaged, you have 30 days to pay the shipping to receive your item back or it will be forfeited.

How Do I Exchange My Product?
Super Easy! Just process your return by calling our customer service or filling in the above form and then place a new order! Of course, you can call us! We love hearing from customers.
Does SportsBraces.com Have Restocking Fees for Returns?
In order to maintain the LOWEST price on our website, we do have a 10% restocking fee on returns only (not exchanges). If you return to the manufacturer, they may charge up to a 25% restocking fee.
If you are worried about sizing- don’t. We cannot guarantee sizing, but we make our best effort to get you the correct item the first time. If you exchange your order for another size, we will waive that restocking fee for you, so you are just responsible for all further shipping. We cannot guarantee sizing as our charts are provided directly from the manufacturer and we cannot be physically there to measure you (but teleporting would be cool). If you are in doubt, going to the larger size will be better.

Our manufacturers provide the highest quality products available, and we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. If there is a defect in your product because of materials or workmanship, please contact us and a customer service representative will follow up with a solution within two business days.
